Who we are

The co-founders of Empowered Tech Partners—Larry Larsen, Aaron Nance and Kim Thomas—bring over 70 years of combined experience leading healthcare End User Services delivery across 26 states. Together, they have supported nine health systems and played key roles in more than 40 EHR activations. Their approach is defined by a deep care for people—clients, patients, and employees—creating a culture that is reflective of their values. His expertise spans IT strategy, service delivery, and project leadership, with a focus on optimizing processes and delivering measurable results.
